We went to lease a new vehicle. It had hail damage but were told it would be fixed perfectly, and would not even be able to see it.

After 8 days, we were notified it was ready. We were so excited so we rushed to Sioux City. (We live out of town) AFTER giving them a large check, they took us to the vehicle. You could STILL see many of the hail dents!!

The inside of the car smelled & it wasnt the smell of a new car. The windows were smeared, and in the back cargo area, it looked like straw or dried grass was all over. IN A BRAND NEW VEHICLE??? Took the vehicle home, it was a Thursday night & brought it back Monday for the SECOND attempt to remove the hail damage.

A week later, my husband made yet another trip to Sioux City to check up on it. They got the dents out, but now there were creases where they tried to roll them out! Still didnt have the chrome molding replaced or the remote start put on it either!! Five days after that, we go back....they said it was ready.

Remote start & molding were put on, HOWEVER, when they were popping the molding off, there are now numerous scratches where the tools were carelessly placed!!! With trying to get the creases out, they buffed it so much, there are marks from the buffer. When we approached the manager about that he LIED 2X'S and said it was not buffed! We are NOT idiots, we know what buff marks look like!!

IT WAS THE WORST NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Needless to say, we will NEVER go back there & warn everyone we know not to patronize this business!
