Billion Auto - No communication
I bought my car in south gate my sales person was Zeek the Gm is Ivan .. I was told my registration and plates would take a month that was june 10th 2017.
I was having issues with my car , so i dropped it off on a monday , i called wensday to get an update, i talked to Zeek he never had answers always had to talk Ivan , Zeek would tell me he would call me back never would I am the one that always called. After a week finally got my car back ,which i really dont think anything was done .. Than my insurance company needed my registration to prove it was a lemon and not a salvage title.this is in August (never received my license plates ) .. I was told my car needed to be smogged.
That i could do it and they would reimburse me , I asked Zeek to text me his number so that i can send him a picture of the invoice. Never happened. So i drove to the dealership, spent 2hrs there getting my car smogged .. i was told my plates would be in the next week ..
i called on a wensday asked if yhey were in , Ivan was not in so i had to call back, when i finally got a hold of Ivan on a fri he said that monday he would have everthing. I told him that they were going to cancel my insurance, he was not concerned, so here we are my insurance is canceled i have to pay a reinstatement fee 25.00 and a deposit of 125.00 ..
