I have always received excellent service through Billion Hyundai but since going to Kia, the service is very poor.I am on my 4th or 5th vehicle from Billion and will not be purchasing another one.
One of the issues has been going on for almost a year. The second one has been mishandled for a couple months. I have emailed, called and met with the salesperson to rectify the problems and am still waiting. The promises are endless the follow through is non-existent.
The service issue is a warranty issue.
I'm going on day 5 with no follow up.Very disappointing.
