I have always received excellent service through Billion Hyundai but since going to Kia, the service is very poor. I am on my 4th or 5th vehicle from Billion and will not be purchasing another one.
One of the issues has been going on for almost a year. The second one has been mishandled for a couple months. I have emailed, called and met with the salesperson to rectify the problems and am still waiting. The promises are endless the follow through is non-existent.
The service issue is a warranty issue.
I'm going on day 5 with no follow up. Very disappointing.
